Working with P1 was a breeze, and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. Their customer service was top-notch. I forked out £478 for a pair of tickets (no hospitality included) to catch the Tottenham vs Arsenal match. Everything seemed fine until we got there and found our seats were way up at the top of the stand, in the last row. Honestly, I felt like I needed opera glasses to see the action! On the bright side, we definitely got our steps in climbing all those stairs! While we both had a blast, I didn’t think it was the best value for money.

Thanks to P1 travel, we had an unforgettable time at the recent Arsenal versus Manchester United game. Using P1 is super simple and really adds to a fantastic day out.

When we got to the Briton lounge, it was a bit of a mess. There was a lot of confusion with ticket checks, which was pretty frustrating considering the price we paid. We were looking forward to grabbing a bite before the game, so we ordered some burgers and a hot dog. But when the food finally came, we were let down—only two burgers and a hot dog showed up, no chips or sides at all. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience for what we spent!

I was a bit on edge at the start since I hadn't used P1 previously and I know how tough it can be to score authentic Man Utd tickets, but wow, my son and I were absolutely thrilled with the service!! Plus, Utd bagged a 3-0 win, making it a flawless day!!

I was a bit anxious when it hit 9am on match day (Southampton vs Blackpool), but I received my tickets just 5 hours prior to the game, and everything went smoothly.

I recently attended the match between Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal, and I had a good time. But I did fork out for a hospitality package, you know? My seat was on level five, which was fine, but there was no sign of any hospitality or help. The paperwork only mentioned that there are food kiosks where you can buy snacks and drinks. I shelled out £299 for that ticket. Just three months back, this ticket was going for £65. So, what did I actually get for that extra cash? My past experience with P1 Travel for the Fulham vs Luton Town hospitality was top-notch.

The tickets showed up ahead of my journey, and the communication really calmed my nerves. They were fantastic and super easy to access San Siro.

We were really let down by our visit since we came all the way from Australia to check out the stadium and soak in the football atmosphere. We thought we’d enjoy a nice meal before the match, but instead, we got a lukewarm pie. To top it off, we couldn’t even have a whisky as our free drink—how strange is that? And the beer we were allowed was so watery that we couldn’t even sit in our seats to enjoy it. We had to stand in the lounge, which made me wonder what they expected two folks over 60 to do! The price didn’t match the experience at all, and as someone who’s been to other sports venues, I was really unhappy with what we received for our cash. Plus, the request for this review came ages after the event, which is just odd.

The seating was just plain bad. The view for AC Milan vs Roma was a total disaster. I raised concerns about the seat location, but the customer service turned out to be even more disappointing than the seats themselves... What a complete rip-off!
